Apartment for rent in Warsaw, apartment Warsaw
Warsaw is one of the top locations in Poland, regarded to be the place of living for diplomats, artists and people connected with show business and culture. Warsaw is the biggest and most numerously populated by Expats city of Poland, due to a great number of parks, green areas, foreign and exotic restaurants as well as international schools and kindergartens. One of the most popular and beautiful parks in Warsaw is Pole Mokotowskie – here you have walking as well as roller blades and bike paths and a large water tank with a lovely fountain. It is a perfect place to go for a walk, have a rest or fun with children! Within Mokotów district you may find 2 best residential estates. i.e. Eko Park and Marina Mokotów. The first which is told to be the most exclusive one encompasses 11 low, mostly 4- to 6-storey apartment buildings with silent lifts, security and surveillance cameras. In some buildings on the ground floor there are small supermarkets, groceries, restaurants and cafes. Further, you will also find playgrounds for children, a small business centre, banks and service points. Eko Park is situated very close to the metro station (10 min. on foot), tram and bus stops. The infrastructure is developed to the greatest extent! Convenient access to the shopping malls, cinemas, theaters and the airport makes this place the most comfortable for everyone, especially for those who do not want to waste their time in commuting and prefer having lots of amenities nearby rather than taking a car and drive at least 20 min. each day.
Another, strongly recommended residential estate among expats in Warsaw is Marina – this is a kind of a small city within a huge Warsaw city. This means that the estate is entirely fenced, secured and monitored all the time, anyone who wants to enter the estate is checked, the address is verified so that its residents may feel the safety of living here. The estate encompasses semi-detached houses and low apartment buildings with playground for children, groceries, sushi restaurants, hairdresser saloons etc. There is a wide variety of properties: from small one-bedroom apartments to large penthouses and houses with terraces and gardens. Within the estate there are walking paths, a lovely park and a small pond. It is a bit isolated place but obviously safe and quiet. Convenient access to the main airport Chopin and a shopping mall Galeria Mokotów. It is the best choice for those who want to live a bit outside the city.
Importantly, in Warsaw you will find great international schools – i.e. the British and French Schools as well as the British and French kindergartens which offer High Performance Learning programmes and determination to succeed. One of the facilities of the British School is its location on two sites: Early Years Centre is situated in Stary Mokotów district, Dąbrowskiego street, and caters for children from the age of 2 to 7. The second one - Primary and Secondary Schools are located in Sadyba area, Limanowskiego street. Whereas, the French School is located in Konstancińska street and admits children at the age of 3 to 18 years old. Classes are carried in French, and the environment is well diversified: there are 700 children of 29 different nationalities. The teaching level is very high thanks to appropriate and qualified teachers, educationalists and psychologists. Both the French and the British Schools are highly recommended by Expats who moved to Warsaw several years ago!
