If we receive from the post office a negative decision on a residence permit, residence card, we have 14 days from the date of receipt to file an appeal.
The appeal MUST be filed otherwise we will have to leave the territory of Poland.
From a negative decision we have the right to appeal to the Head of the Office for Foreigners.
It is most important that the appeal is correctly written, accompanied by the appropriate documents and submitted on time.
